Well, actually Rick wasnt the first one to put this collection together as I clearly recall watching this when I was... uh... I'll say 12 years old? in 1978? in the college library in Calgary. (It was a real treat to see these commercials again), So these have some history. I hope Rick can chime in and tell us who put these together in the first place.

Spuzz, I'm sorry, I didn't read your post closely enough to notice you were asking Scott a question. I would to know a lot about these commercials, too. It would be intersting to see who first compiled them in the order they are in...really nice editing! I always thought Rick did them.

It is the Lincoln Diamant collection of TV commercials, donated to Brooklyn College many years ago and made available by them to one and all. It is profiled in a book called "Television's Classic Commercials," by Mr. Diamant.

Actually, I think he just mentioned my name because I started the thread. I always thought the questions on this forum were open for everyone to answer.
